b699 is an online sports betting and live casino platform built with Pakistani players in mind. From PSL night matches in Lahore to ICC tournaments gripping all of Karachi — we are here to bring the action online with transparency, security and genuine respect for our users.
b699 was created by a team of online gaming professionals and tech specialists who recognised a clear gap in the market: Pakistani sports fans deserved a platform that actually understood their world. Not a generic, one-size-fits-all interface translated roughly into English, but a product where PSL betting feels as natural as watching the match on your phone in Islamabad, and where your preferred payment method — whether that's a bank transfer via HBL or a mobile wallet — actually works without friction.
The b699 platform was developed with a fintech-grade approach to security and money movement. We apply the same discipline you'd expect from a regulated payment processor: clear fee disclosures, segregated player funds, multi-layer account verification and a transparent withdrawal process that doesn't leave you guessing about timelines. Every PKR you deposit is accounted for.
Our team operates across time zones to keep the platform running 24/7, with Urdu-speaking support available for users who find it easier to communicate in their mother tongue. The product is mobile-first by design — because we know most of our users are on Android devices in Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar, often on mid-tier data connections.
Everything at b699 is shaped by three guiding principles: transparency, security and user respect. Here's what that means in practice.
To provide Pakistani sports fans and casino enthusiasts with a reliable, transparent and genuinely enjoyable online wagering experience — built on honest information, fair terms and the kind of platform performance that holds up when it matters most, like a Pakistan vs India T20 clash.
We envision b699 as the platform of choice for responsible, informed online betting among Pakistani users — a destination that respects both the excitement of the game and the personal responsibility of each player. We aim to grow by earning trust, not by obscuring terms.
The principles that guide every product decision at b699:
We don't just list features — we build them around the real needs of Pakistani online bettors, from Karachi to Quetta.
Designed from the ground up for smartphones. b699 loads fast on Android and iOS regardless of network conditions — critical for live-match betting during PSL or ICC fixtures when every second counts. No app download required; the full experience runs in your browser.
256-bit SSL encryption on every connection, two-factor authentication, automated fraud detection and KYC/AML compliance procedures. Your account credentials and financial data are treated with the same rigour you would expect from a fintech product, not a typical gaming site.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees. Familiar local payment channels are referenced in the cashier section alongside cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT). All fees, minimum deposits and withdrawal timelines are disclosed upfront — no hidden charges. Payment provider names shown for context only; no endorsement is implied.
Our sportsbook covers Pakistan cricket at every level — Test, ODI, T20I, PSL and ACC events — alongside English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC fight cards, kabaddi, virtual sports and esports. Odds are refreshed in real time and clearly displayed with decimal, fractional and money-line format options.
Every promotion, bonus and wagering requirement is written in plain English and published in full. We believe you should be able to read our Terms & Conditions and actually understand them — no buried clauses, no retroactive rule changes without notice and no conditions that contradict what was advertised. What you read is what applies.
Our support team is available around the clock via live chat and email. Average first response times during peak hours are under three minutes (operator-reported). Urdu-speaking agents are available on request — just mention your language preference at the start of a chat session.
Pakistan is not an afterthought for b699 — it is the core market we were designed for. That shapes every product decision, from the sports we prioritise in our sportsbook to the payment channels we reference in the cashier, the hours our support team maintains Urdu-language coverage and the way we present odds for domestic T20 and PSL fixtures.
We are realistic about the legal context. Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and the status of online gambling for Pakistani residents can depend on applicable law and individual jurisdiction. b699 does not claim to be exempt from Pakistani law, nor does it claim to hold approval from any Pakistani government body, the PTA or the State Bank of Pakistan. We make this clear because we believe our users deserve honest information, not false assurances.
Our responsible gambling tools are available to all users regardless of territory. We actively encourage players to set personal deposit limits, session time limits and to use self-exclusion features if they feel their betting is no longer recreational. The Responsible Gambling page contains a full outline of every available tool.

At b699, responsible gambling is not a compliance checkbox — it is a product philosophy. We make protective tools easy to find and straightforward to use, because we genuinely believe that the best long-term player is a player who feels in control of their experience.
Our platform provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options of varying durations, up to permanent account closure. These tools are available from account settings at any time — no hoops, no waiting periods to apply your own restrictions.
